Friday Favorites (New Year edition)

Happy New Year!

One of my New Year Resolutions is to blog frequently. I love reading blogs every morning and want to be able to look back on our year and remember what we've done so here we go.

A series that I'm going to pick up from all the blogs I read is Friday Favorites. Each Friday I'll blog about some of my favorite things, moments from the week, etc. I don't personally know these ladies, but I feel like I'm part of their group from reading their blog each day. Let's start 2016 by linking up with Erika, Andrea and Narci.

So Friday Favorites New Year edition:

I'm going to recap a couple favorites from this past year since it's January 1st (well as I'm writing this its January 1st, but I'm on a plane ride home so we shall see when I have a chance to post it).

My first favorite of 2015 and the best of all was getting our puppy Lucy. She's the cutest, and cuddliest puppy of them all.

We didn't want to get another animal while in Vegas, but Zach and Anna talked us into it and boy am I so thankful they did. I don't know what I would do without her now.

Another big favorite of this past year would have to be feeling more comfortable in as a teacher. While I'm still learning and getting the hang of it, I feel like I know what I'm doing and am able to poke around with other interests at school as well. Plus I've been blessed with another awesome class and can't wait to see how much more they grow the remainder of the year.

This year I've also grown to love Nordstorm all thanks to Sheaffer. And when I say love I mean I'm pretty obsessed. I love browsing their sales page when I have an extra minute.

Right now I'm saving for this and this. Do I need it? No (yes!). Do I want it? Yes! I'm in love. It's so soft and cozy and I can't wait to get it!

Last but certainly not least I've just enjoyed living in Vegas with this man and enjoying our time out here with friends. This is our little adventure and we might as well live it up while we can.
