Am I a cook?! Absolutely not! Am I a baker?! Nope.
But I'm about to give you the easiest, and most delicious recipe there is and even I didn't mess it up and that's saying something.
Now I can't take credit for this recipe at all. It's all over Pinterest. But I have made it twice so that makes me an expert right?!
We are making lemon cool whip cookies!
All you need is 4 ingredients. FOUR.
1 tub of cool whip
1 egg
1 box of lemon cake mix
1/2 cup of powered sugar
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a mixing bowl mix together cake mix, egg and cool whip. It will be very fluffy, just mix until all the cake mix is mixed in well. The first time I used a whisk and it was hard to mix it all together. The second time I used a hand mixer and it worked really well so I recommend using a mixer!

3. Once mixed together use a scoop or two spoons to make round tablespoon size balls. This was the hardest part for me because the mixture is very sticky. I used two spoons and that worked the best.
4. Dip the mix into powered sugar until covered then place 2 inches apart on a greased baking pan.

| It makes about 2 dozen cookies. 5. Cook for 8 minutes or until slightly brown on the edges. 6. ENJOY! They are delicious. Eat them, pass them out and make some more! See you tomorrow for "What on...??"   |
